Broken Seat Belt Buckle

As the title suggests, the drivers belt buckle, the bit that the seat belt clips into has broken and wont lock the seat belt in place.

Do the earlier model commodores have the same setup? or do i need to replace with the same model. I can pick up one easily from a wreckers for a VT/VX. The only difference i could think of is the eletrical warning to remind you to put the seat belt on, would this not being connected also cause a fault code?

Probably same model as the pretensioners are part of the buckle assembly.
