Be a mechanic mate, start it up and find the leak.

I would say that a cat may have collapsed, the cat back section does not have sensors so it would not throw a code. When its noisy, just pull over and listen to where it's coming from

Im sure if you had a cracked exhaust, it would be constant and getting worse as time goes on. Im thinking the cat's have collapsed aswell. Pull your cat pipes off and tap them on the ground, see if anything falls out, if so, get in there with a broom handle or the like and clear the pipe.

Aw serious?! So what dose that mean replacement.... And the noise seems to come from directly under the drivers seat

Definitely sounds like a cat mate, either check it out yourself or take it in to get checked out

Alright so got exhaust checked the morons at the shop told me it was fine I even got under the car myself and could see that the cat had obviously been knocked because of the huge gash and dent in one of the cats, and now the car is constantly droning and loud! So I think they will have to be replaced, so question is can I just put hi flow cats on there or will that be stupid and serve no benefit ? I do have a SS catback system on ATM my car is a vz sv6 ute.
    Cheers

Unless there are extractors involved, stock cats have enough flow.
