Default INFO on Pedders superlows and FE2 springs?

    Hi guys,
I have purchased Pedders Touring (6412) super low springs, obviously to lower the front as i already have kings superlows in the rear, has anyone replaced the front fe2 springs with pedders 6412's and noticed much difference, I came across a thread earlier where the fella reckons the pedders are higher than the fe2, this makes no sense to me as the guy from pedders said it would be atleast 20mm lower, But i dont want to go to the effort of replacing the front only to be bitterly dissapointed so as i said has anyone replaced the fe2's with the pedders 6412's and compared the difference. im keeping the standard shocks for now..

    cheers guys

These are pedders superlow's in the front of my car, can't remember the part number but they are supposed to be for a V8 wagon, they are in a V6 sedan.

As i posted earlier on סּ_סּ's thread, I did get mine changed with leaving all the stock struts and shocks. From the drama I went through i would definately forget about these pedders springs. I got sportsryders all round and the result was an invisible caravan. (The front stayed stocked height and the rear dropped around 45 mm).
I did get them changed as it was ridiculous, i can't remeber the part number something but they put in something like 2275 and they ended up dropping the car 15mm, still not enough in comparison to the rear! I still have them lying around in the shed, as I now have gt sport shocks and struts and kings ultra lows in the front with the pedders rears.

Explanation of why the rear dropped so much? No idea, pedders couldn't even tell me.

Here was my old thread a while back.
SPORTS RYDERS, rear and front height totally out.

EDIT: totally read your post wrong. realised your talking about tourers not sportsryders

Pedders are idiots. Can't believe I trusted their products.

I guess the springs are soft but thats about it.

So I decided id take the punt and put the pedders superlows in, I'm finding it a fair bit lower so not sure why you guys have had issues ....But it looks good now and they were pedders 6412 superlows which replaced my fe2's
