    Default one tonner tray lowering

a few quick questions regarding lowering my ute.

firstly im lowering it to make it easier to load the motorbike on the back if it makes any difference. i also do tow a horse float with this car so i dont want anything that will make doing that more difficult.

first up. lowering blocks? whats the go with these, are they legal? and do they make any difference to the suspension other than height?

also will old school, hq, wb sized lowering blocks fit or are they a wider spring etc?

second. lowering the tray to the chassis, can you buy lowered supports for it? or will it be a case of cutting and shutting all the factory supports? will there be any side effects from doing this?

Also look up if people have had an issue with driveline angles when lowered. Its ok for the style side because it uses donuts for universals, im not sure if the 1 tonner has the same, i assume not.

    Lowering with leaf springs -
doggy - flip the load leaf, and remove one small leaf totally - shit ride - illegal
Block's - They can start to put your diff on a bad angel if you go beyond 3inch - so i have herd
Lower leaf springs - same as a lowered coil in a car
standard spring reset - same as in compressing coil's
Shocks same as a car in the way if you go XXXXXX lower then stock your gona need them..
    hope that helps a little..

please some one help out haha. after getting my self some lowering blocks from auto barn, coming home to fit and finding out i have ford one, going back. getting the ' holden' ones and attempting to fit these and not working.

can someone tell me what sized locator holes the speings have? i have misplaced my veneers and the best i can do is with a tape measure, which is roughly 15-16mm. now i dont want a rough guess cos i know ill end up getting the wrong sized locators again. so can someone with some knowledge help out
