He has an exhaust shop I am sure he could make one to suit.

Yep, I do them. I can make it to fit the ute if I had the ute, but I can't do it and send it out unfortunately. Unless you had it modified at an exhaust shop. It just needs to be lengthened a bit in front of the mufflers.

How much do you think they should charge for that?

It's only a matter of cutting the pipe and welding in about 120mm of pipe each side. $50-$60 maybe.
