Difference between VE SV6 and VZ SV6??

Hey Guys
Well im curious as to what the difference is between the VE SV6 210kw (2007) and the VZ SV6 190kw (2005)
ive noticed with my cousins SV6 ute and my mates SV6 Sedan (Both VE) have alot more grunt than my VZ but it seems more then just 20kw, could be my driving but thats not the point.

Are they just tuned differently?

Completely different engines?

And i know they are different cars and different running gear and all that...possibly, what makes the engine better?

depends some ve's had alloytecs an went to sidi an the vz has an alloytec.

If you have driven it like a grandpa from new, then no it probably won't be performing at its best.

The ve only went to 210kw with the release of the sidi in early 2010. Power wise it's not heaps but the refinement of things like driveline suspension and the introduction of the sidi has made it feel quite different to the vz.

Basically sidi (spark ignitin direct injection) and I believe cam profiles and literage, by about 0.02 of a liter.
