VZ Squeeky/Hiss

I have a 2005 berlina. When I rev past 3500 rpm, I hear a Squeeky hissing sound. It seems to me it's coming from the passenger side, under the seat? I've been told it could be some pulleys or fan belt slippage but I have put silicone spray on the belt and pulleys and it has made no difference. Any ideas??

I can't hear it with the windows up so I think I'm safe to assume its got nothing to do with the air con venting system.

could be the bearings in one of the pullys, the one in my tensioner has gone squeeks when i start the car. or if it is coming from under the seat area might be a hole in ur exhaust? maybe?
