Default water leaking into trunk cavity

hey guyss. i have a weird problem, it seems it happens on the days where it rains pretty hard in sydney, the little area where the jack is kept fills up with water and mixes up with the rust in there and creates a stench. ive checked the boot seals and i cant find a problem. has anyone else experienced this or am i alone?

Lay in the boot (with a trusted friend haha) with a torch and get someone to spray the hose all over the boot and you should see where its coming in.
