Something Leaking

I got my last overheating problem fixed was a heater switch thing in the engine... so thinking all is good...


Today I Notice something leaking from the sort of big i thought it might be air con fluid but then took it for a drive without air con on and parked in on curb to road still seems to be leakng can see where from... its roughtly where the pasenger front seat is I just put soemthing under it to see if i can tell what it is its lookes like a big metal tube thing...

Maybe you overfilled your coolant tank?

could be the thermostat? check to see if there are coolant stains on top of the gearbox

i just checked the container under it it looks pretty much like water there was no stain of the coolant that is a reddish color should is till be worried.

It's from the aircon its the only other thing that can leak water.

So ive just pulled over, left the engine on. Ran inside the store to buy the paper. I come back out and i see that on the "left hand" passenger side there is red water leaking out. Obviously its my coolant. But was wondering why it is doing this.
• Btw i was driving for over an hour and 30mins.

Would anyone have a clue on what is wrong/if anything is wrong??

Could be a failed coolant cap allowing all the coolant to pump out into the over flow bottle on the passenger side which then overflows. Pull the yellow dipstick out of the overflow bottle and if its way overfull you need to replace the black coolant cap.
