hey everyone, couldnt really find any info on this based on a VZ so i thought id shoot it up here.. how do i go about changing the idle speed on my VZ executive? cant do the old trick with the screw as its an electronic throttle. so is it a job i can do or do i have to take it somewhere?

I don't think you can adjust it.
Is it idling too high/low? Because if it is, AFAIK the idle is controlled by ECU, so something else must be causing it.
I shall stand corrected if I'm wrong, though.
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'
Whats the issue exactly?

Could be a shitload of carbon in the throttle body causing the throttle plate to stick but generally that would throw an engine light.

i doubt it, cause i did a throttle clean last weekend.. do the throttle plates have a life span or anything? my car just passed 180,000
