vz over heating

hi guys lookin for some advise the missus was drivin my vz v6 wagon when it overheated no damage done but now the "check power train " warning is up and thermos dont seem to be kickin in have checked relays they are fine so not sure . at wat temp do they kick in are there any other fuses for them
