    Default Recommendations for new modifications???

    Hey everyone,

Got myself a VZ Ute, pretty sure its just a standard executive type ute.
    Mods I've already done are:
    -new headlights
-new bumper with fog lights installed
    -aftermarket sound system installed
    -new tail lights installed
    -20% window tint

I was thinking of doing some of the following:
-dumping the ass end a bit
    -possibly new rims
-installation of a sunroof (pretty keen on this one so anyone who has had this done and has info, it would be much appreciated if you would share details)

    Any feedback is welcome.

    Cheers,
    Jack

Post up some pics of it, if you"ve got the SS front on it now maybe add the rest of the kit to complete the look, new wheels anything from 18's to 20's, if you lower it just lower it so it sits even and not lower at the back than at the front.

Not a big fan of the wheels and given that it's black you can get away with chromies. The featureless VZ style doesn't go well with black on black IMO. Apart from that there is always a few subtle mods you can do including a Calais bonnet strip, chrome door handles and a rear number plate infill panel. I'd also suggest trying to pick up an exhaust off an SS so you have twin tips.

Yup, chrome highlights all over it will go well ...maybe chrome wheels cos as troy said..it's black, only colour car that can get away with chrome wheels IMO. It's a good looking clean place to start modding from

Here is a few pics of my old VZ. Ignore the pics which have the silver/black 5 spoke 18s fitted... I admit they looked shit and the day I had them fitted they looked much better in the catalog lol.

After decent front ender I got a Calais front end and SS guards put on.

Maybe get some new shoes for it then spend some money on the engine, nice car by the way.

Wouldn't bother spending to much on the engine if it's a alloytec, without going FI you'll have no money left and little kw gains to show from it

I dunno... I just reckon it looked cool being low, black and shiny. I guess it kinda felt more like a 'fun' car rather than a mature car like my Stato is.

Cheers for all the advice lads.
I'm getting a sunroof put in on monday - and hoping to get some new wheels soon, gotta have a look around but personally I'm not keen on chrome.
Does anyone how to get the calais bonnet strip, chrome handles and number plate infill done?
Wouldn't mind changing the panels on the front sides so I can get those sweet side indicators with the grill.... Ah so much to do!
