You can buy the buttons on eBay for about $30.

I had the same prob and got some buttons of ebay and after replacing about three sets of them because they kept falling out I ended up just paying for a new key.

Are they easy pull out/replace?

Yeah easy as, only trouble I have with mine is they don't fit as perfectly as the other ones do and they fall into the hole a bit...I could glue them in to fix it but cbf.

Got mine for $4 and free postage off ebay. Did it last week, just got to cut the old ones out and new ones just push in.

Only been a week but so far so good.

we ordered a red set off ebay for like $4 and my girlfriend with no technical experience fitted them to her folks VS key with no issue!

I thought they'd be more difficult but nope, took her less then a minute apparantly

Yep Ebay FTW.

Be prepared for them not to fit 100% snug like the factory buttons. But who cares.
