Hi, seeking instructions on removing and replacing the radiator in my wife's VZ sedan. In particular disconnection the air conditioning condensor from the front of the radiator.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers, Big Al

hi al,
Im not too sure about removing the radiator, im sure that they are only held in by clips on the top, just undo the hoses and trans cooler lines. the condenser is not attached to the radiator, dont forget to unplug the fans....

Hi Al,

I did this a while back. Managed to do it without removing the condenser unit although was a bit of a pain means you don't have to get the air con re-gassed or anything. It did require a bit jiggling and took a few goes at getting the new radiator in making sure everything clips back in and stuff.

If you are doing it on the driveway I'd recommend a oil tray under the front when your undoing the transmission cooling lines.

Good luck.
