replacement engine for vz thunder help?

hi just a few questions,
my mate has a vz thunder, we are up for a replacement engine
so the first question is,

will any of the vz alloytec engines fit (current one in it is a 10H7A V6 Engine 190kw)
will it have to be a specific engine to suit the 6 speed manual?
where would be the best place to pick a replacement up from? anybody wrecking one out?
anything to be carefull of while replacing it?


locating on the southside of brisbane if anybody could put me in the right direction
