VZ O2 Problems

I had Wiring From the rear O2 Sensor ripped out while I was driving, and ive replaced ecu wiring harness and the same o2 sensor twice and still getting the engine light on, I swapped the o2 sensor from side side and the code changed, so faulty o2 sensor, now the mechanic hasn't been putting holden ones in, hes been putting aftermarket ones in, p0161 in the code which is a heater circuit malfunction, has anyone had a problem between holden o2 sensor compared to aftermarket

AND IVE BEEN ####ING AROUND WITH THIS FOR YEAR AND A HALF
