take it back to them, throw a few F's and C's around and you might get a free detail

If the scratches are very fine like light buff swirls you should be able to mask them easly with a coat of Maguires Tech Wax.
I have used this to mask heavy buff swirls on my wifes car and it did a great job. I have also seen it cover the hand polished swirls up on black remarkably well. I would hesitate to use anything abrasive no matter how mild whilst it is still so new. Save the paint untill it really needs to be polished.
Cheers

some knob used a green/yellow washing sponge on my car and it left really light scratch marks in the paint, i just polished it with cut & polish and it worked a treat!

the scratches are light, like you know when you get those annoying little yellow oranges dots on your car and someone has softly scratched them off?
