When the Adventra first came out, there was a Holden By Design (HBD) option for off-road use;
16-inch wheels with suitable tyres.

Does anyone know the specs (code) of the tyres?

More of a legal question than a technical one.

That would be interesting. I thought due to the upgraded brakes 16's would not fit?

Have a look in the glove box at the tyre placard.....all that information is there...(I think that's where the placard is located)

Unfortunately, the tyre placard, on the driver's door, only lists one tyre - the default 225/55R17.

Maybe if you bought the HBD 16" wheels, Holden would sell you a new placard, for, say $50? ;-)

The HBD off road option was 16 x 7inch Steel Wheel with 215/65/16 Bridgestone Dueler All Terrain

You can also fit the Crewmans 16inch Alloy Wheel. Just remember the wheels need a higher load rating than required by a standard Commodore.
