Just about to install my Reconditioned LSD Diff.

What do you guys recommend before tracking it? eg; drifting

I read up a few places that the first thing you should do 20 figure 8 loops at idle speed full locking the wheel ( turning as much as possible )
to the left and to the right, then it takes 500km for the break-in procedure to finish? Also read that diff chutter/noise is normal when doing
the first part of the break in (figure 8 loops ) and during break in

Are these specs correct as to GM diffs?
