2005 VZ Calais Fuse Problems? Electric Seats/Windows.

Okay recently I have just discovered that my electric windows and electric drivers seat isn't responding to the switches. After pulling down the panel and removing and reinserting the fuse (circled in red, ignore the yellow), it began to work again. Now a few hours later it's becoming jumpy and not entirely responding. Does anybody know what the problem could be? And also where to buy those larger fuses. I'm hopeless when it comes to this sort of stuff.

At first I thought maybe it was just the electric mirror switch, but then I noticed the seat was not responding also. Any help would be appreciated.
