Hi does any one know where the Air bag trigger sensor are on a 2004 VZ executive sedan Not the module which under the console
and there not where the seat belt are. any help would be great.

Under the Centre Console - bolted to the floor.

** WARNING **

Do not tamper with the device unless the two battery cables are disconnected - at the battery. Wait at least 10 seconds for system to entirely discharge and residual current.

Good disclaimer. I never touch anything on the steering or front suspension either unless the battery is disconnected

No need to disconnect both terminals. A battery is an incomplete circuit with just the negative disconnected.
Battery terminals usually become weak if played with too much
