Now I know why there is an extra washer on drivers side on the radius rod, it's due to the different camber from drivers to passenger side.

Also could someone please explain how to read the setting? Like for example for the camber it says -0° 12' + 0° 18'
so is it -0° 12' or +0° 18'?? Or is it anything between -0° 12' to +0° 18'? A little enlighten on that would be greatly appreciated!
