Crewman (maybe)
Hi Everyone,

I'm going to look at a VZ crewman next week. It's an auto, 3.6L with 116kkm on the clock.

Can anyone give me some tips on what i need to look out for? Are they prone to certain issues that i can check? I'm fairly competent when it comes to cars, but not a mechanic. What's the usual lifespan on the auto on these things? Is it likely to shart itself soon?

Any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

Be prepared to do a timing chain job on it my one is an 02/06 build its pretty much inevitable that the chains will stretch at some point, due to a manufacturing fault, if you fit revised chains they are fine, Its a big job but. Also the coil packs tend to wear out.Other than that no complaints they are great cars.
