Is it possible the oil is so clean you can't see it on the dipstick ?
Otherwise are you sure you put enough oil in ?
Can you see any leaks ?
Add more oil until you can see the level ebfore you drive again.

Are you putting the oil in the right place?

Is the dipstick going all the way in? Not fouling on something? Have you put in the correct amount of oil?

Was your oil filter "clean" looking with no buildup between the filters segments?
Was the oil filter bowl clean and had drained back OK or was it covered by a heavy greasy deposit?
I have attached an image of a gunked oil filer that I found somewhere on this site. My thanks to the contributor.

If a build up was present then your engine may be starting to gunk/sludge up. I certainly hope not.
