Aerpro phone brackets, VZ Calais installation.

I have both a PB67 and a PB68 I am trying to fit on a VZ Calais, which has the cup holder in the dash, I have no idea where they go, does anyone have any pictures of an installed one of either side of the consul, and the aerpro website is not much help PB67 Holden vy-vz phone brkt | Aerpro Vehicle Specific.
