Guys just a quick one,

Do the 3.6l alloytec engines use a key on the crankshaft or can the pulley just slide on in any position ?

I've never removed the balancer, but My Haynes Manual (41743) suggests a woodruff key is in the balancer assembly ex factory.

I thought I had read that the balancer is a dry fit to the crankshaft using Loctite and a "end-feed" locking bolt with specific NM of torque and an additional angle of rotation after the torque has been set.
