Would you fit a VE Walkinshaw muffler to aVZ without much hassle? Or do they fit differently?

Not even close. Like trying to fit a washing machine in the glove box.

Cheers, just saw a LH side walkinshaw VE muffler advertised for cheap. thought i'd ask before pouncing

If it's bi-modal, buy it anyway. Then sell it for a profit :)

If it's not bi-modal, it's worth nothing. I throw them away.

Bi-modal means there is a switchable valve inside that opens up to change the exhaust flow. Makes them quiet when closed and louder when open. Supposed to give them more "power".....
