vz commodore bottom radiator pipe

hi guys im trying to get my bottom radiator pipe to separate from my thermostat but is proving a tad difficult is there any cheat ways off doing so as I need to change my thermostat regards

If an alloytec, the stainless steel pipe is held in the thermostat housing by an O Ring from memory.
Remove the locating nuts/bolts along the length of the pipe.

A good wriggle will get it out. Spraying WD40 into the housing may lubricate its removal.

Get a big set of multi grips and grab the hose and twist. You should feel it break free
