adventra abs module

So i replaced my abs module due to holdens saying it was buggered under a c0196 code. Now it is replaced i am still getting the esp code on dash..do i need to now get the computer reset to clear the error or should it have cleared once i replaced module..

That code is for a Yaw Rate Sensor?

I recently changed the ABS module in my car due to it dying.

Once it was replaced there were no further codes or faults on the dash...........however my car doesn't have ESP (V8).

Maybe try disconnecting your battery for a while (1/2 hour or so) and reconnect, or see if you can get the fault cleared by someone.
