VE Seats into VZ SV6

What is needed to fit ve seats into vz ?
I know the front rails will need changing and apparently the switch is back to front (push down and the seat goes up)
But I'm more curious to know what modifications are needed to fit the rear seat?
Anyone done this before ? Thanks in advance!

I put VE Maloo Seats into my VZ SSZ Ute.
Just strip down your old seats to the framework and fit the new VE cusions onto the the VZ Frame. (I had the seats loose and had to assemble them my self eg. put the foam inside the seats etc.

Im unsure about the rear seats but i guess you could just retrofit them?
