I work with trucks so it could possibly be a little different but it seems like theres a lot of meat left on the clutch disc.
Just check for cracks and stress marks on the flywheel and pressure plate.
I personally would go second hand only if the price was in my favour (really cheap) but I wouldn't use a second hand pilot/spigot bearing and thrust bearing.
Other than that I would just buy brand new and have no worries.

By geez the flywheel and intermediate seem to have quite a few hot spots.
Seems a big hassell if you pay $750 only to put it in and it Shudders like mad, you have bucklies of getting a cent back, you have to ask yourself, if its such a good set up why is it being taken out and sold in the first place.???????

Honestly mate, You don't need a twin plate, Buy new as Iman suggests

Ah you can only see so much from a pircture. As long as you don't see any cracks and obvious spots of stress and deep wear you're alright. Good luck man
