Check Powertrain + fault codes

Tonight parked my 05 VZ Calais V6 at doctors, came back car wouldnt start, dead as a mouse. When i locked the doors, the tail lights and headlights remained illuminated (until i turned the headlight switch from AUTO to OFF). NRMA came, car started but Check Powertrain warning came on. Computer revealed following Fault Codes.... P0700, P1668, P0850, U0155.

The NRMA mechanic said such a diverse range of codes, it may be due to a faulty sensor.

Anyone have any idea of this gremlin?

Mechanic took out fuse and re set BCM. Dont know trigger but codes cleared

battery starting to go or possible poor power/connection at battery
