Can I transplant the Cross6 AWD drivetrain from a VZ tonner to a VY ute?

Hi Guys,

I'm just wondering if it's possible to transplant the Cross6 AWD drivetrain from a VZ tonner to a VY ute? What would be required in the changeover? This is just a silly dream at the moment. I'd be relying on wreckers etc. for parts.

In a word Yes, but you'd be better off with a Cross 6 full stop, unless u really like utes.

Will be damn expensive if you're just using wreckers. Get your own wreck.
