Windscreen filter and engine oil

Hi
Two questions
1. where is the windscreen filter . I looked under the car on the driver side under the bottle and can pull a small hose off but cant see where the filter would be. Anyone have a diagram or picture of what it looks like and how to remove to clean.

2. What oil should a VZ use (185000km)

disregard
ended up using 5w / 30 and worked out the motor and filter just pulls out. Cleaned the filter and all working
