Hi I recently drove across the country and hit a kangaroo in outback NSW. It has damaged my windscreen, headlight, antenna and what I think is the left quarter guard panel.

I've never had an issue like this before so I was wondering if these are easily removable? Instead of getting it done by a shop I was thinking I would just buy vz ss fluted quarter panels from holmart or something to replace it. Would this work? I mean it is a VZ storm so I'm not sure if the fluted panels would fit or if they're removable. Any insight would be great :)

Yeh luckily interchangeable and can probably change one in around 30mins.

Get what ya want, colour matched and give yourself a couple hours to change.
Need a socket set, allen key set and a socket extension

However, if no paint damage, maybe go for Paintless Dent Removing
They do fantastic work

Theres a bit of paint damage unfortunately, where the metal has bent at the top. I've actually been meaning to do this for a while as I've been slowly switching parts with paint damage or just into ss parts. I'm glad they're removable, I owned a car that had them in there welded or something last time. I really appreciate your insight! :)
