VZ Adventra Flare Removal

I have a VZ Adventra and it has a tiny dent in the front quarter panel. I want to try to straighten it but can't without removing the flare.
Does anyone know how it comes off?

Mine seem to be held in by plastic push in clips and you can just pull it off, mine pop out every now and then and i just push it back in and it snaps in place.

think it would be easy to snap those clips though so be careful.
