VT Acclaim Wagon
A+ for^. My vt had slightly worse symptoms ie it would start but would not idle at all. Rubber tube between AFM and throttle body had slipped off (me leaning on it) so the AFM was reading insufficient intake air flow so would not allow the engine to run. Simple fix, refit the tube/hose. Ran like it was new. Split hose/tube would likely produce similar symptoms, probably with rough idle. I hope it is that simple for your car.
