a mate of mine has a vz with v6, he is very reluctant to drive it as it lets him down quite often
The problem is it will not start after a short trip, its dead, ignition does not respond, however all elects work radio, elec windows etc
If he leaves it for about 4 hrs its starts up again, this has been going on for a while, cannot find an answer to the problem

I have the same problem but I only leave it for like 10 minutes or less and it will start.
Didn't find out the problem yet

Mine occasionally does the same. Turn all lights n **** off and leave it a minute, then it should go. Fairly sure it's the starter motor but it doesn't happen often and it doesn't take long to fix so I haven't done anything about it yet.

Also appears to be worse when trying to start while parked on a slope? Weird.
