If you want to do it the easy way go to a good auto store and buy them to suit the globes in your car and swap them over. Should not need any resistors or other bits and pieces that way.
Or you could buy them online but that's a bit hit and miss....

Research, research. As the light covers (lenses) are not designed for LED replacements, you may be disappointed with the results (performance).

If you really want to upgrade to LED tail light globes all you will need is:
2 x LED brake/parker globes
2 x LED reverse light globes
2 x LED indicator globes
1 x LED flasher unit
No need to change any tail light sockets or any thing like that as the LED globes are a straight swap for the globes already fitted.
By using the LED flasher unit this eliminates having to cut and solder the load resistors into the wiring harness of the car and enables you to still use your cruise control. The added bonus of fitting the LED flasher unit is that if you ever want/have to remove the LED globes it is just as simple as swapping out the LED globes & flasher unit for the original standard parts to return the car to the stock setup.
Some people will tell you it's a waste of time and others will say it's an awesome upgrade to do. Too many people nowadays are concerned with what others will think.
