Synthetic 5w 30 get one that meets Dexos GM specifications

5W30 is best choice full synth if you can afford it (less sludging)
I also add slick 50 to mine.... 250K kms on a VZ and still purring here

This stuff... Have used it since the 80s in various forms PTFE is the clever bit in it... had various engines over 500K still running like new stops you getting lifter tick too...
