VZ SV6 6 Speed manual (gearbox problem

My vz sv6 has been sitting for awhile since the timing chains went on it but now the gearbox wont go into 4th gear what could this be cheers, this is when the car is off so it has nothing to do with the clutch cheers

Are you able to shift into 4th when driving the car?

Nah the car is off the road at the moment hasnt been driven for over 6 months, but i told my mate and he told me to just move the car back and forth and after i did that it went into 4th gear fine so cheering about that
