Swap Climate COntrol and Headunit

Im looking at buying a VZ SV6 and I have realized the head-unit would sit low. I had an idea to swap the climate controls and headunit positions so the head-unit is at eye-level. Im wanting it at eye level because I want to get a SatNav Headunit all in one. Would this be possible and if so how would i go about doing this ?

Honestly doing that would be a waste of time and effort, just get a satnav that sticks on the window if you dont want to have to look down. i had a double din dvd/sat nav unit in my vy ss and its not that bad in the original position.
