VZ Mags Wheels

Hi guys i have an 05 VZ SV6 and wanting to put some mags on it
I was looking at 19x8.5 19x9.5 Simmons FR1 Rims, i assume 235/35 245/35 tires

Question is will they rub out on the back with passengers?
Should i go 19x8.5 on the back instead?

Sry wheels are not my thing but it says in ad

I spoke to a guy today whom said the standard off set for a VZ is 45 and i should go the 52 offset on the rear but it still might rub with passengers
Can anyone confirm this?
Thinking of going 19 x 8.5 all round now if this is the case

If he told you it's 45 that will probably be on a 7" wide rim. The offset is dependent on the width of the rim. 8.5" +52 I reckon you'll be fouling on the front struts big time.
