Default Alloytec v6-Air Flow Meter

Was looking through The Brock Shop's website and spotted this, found it to be very interesting.

ALLOYTECH V6 - Air Flow Meter
( Generic Manufacturer_440703dc09c66 )

Price: $300.00 (including 10 % tax)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TBS have been researching and developing ways to gain more power plus better fuel consumption for this particular engine.

Over time they have found that the air flow meter modification alone will give you a power increase of 5-6HP and an extra 80 to 100Km out of a tank of fuel.

TBS has put together a Fuel Saver Package for these cars which also includes Air Box modification and a K&N Air Filter. After these 3 modifications TBS have found a total gain of 10HP @ rear wheels and a huge 3 liters per 100Km saving.

Example: Test Vehicle

Fuel consumption started at 12.2 liters/100Km.

Fuel consumption after fuel saver package 9.1 liters/100Km.

Sounds awesome, thanks very much for that, mate. Definetly something I'll look into for my ute. Are these guys honest, or are they likely to make stats up?

Cheers,
B

I came across this one www.fuelsaver.com.au, they make fuel saving claims too and it is a lot cheaper than Brock'y.
