same Getrag 6spd man in both V6 & V8?

Doesn't the VZ 6.0L have Tremec T56 double overdrive in it?

the 6 has some jap gearbox in it i think and i believe the 8 still has the t56 in it. The jap one would not take the torque of the 8 so it wasnt used.

yeah there two compelty different boxes.

and the 6L box just has new ratios over the 5.7.

i was actually thinking that the other day. they have made the alloytec so similar to the gen 3. as in intakes/exhaust all bolt straight up

i would say there is a good chance
