from what i have seen they are a totally sealed unit around the headlight and u will have to cut a hole in it for the rad overflow bottle anyway which kinda defeats the purpose

Ive seen a pic of one not long ago i just cant place my finger on where to copy it

its like the monaro cai because it seals around the headlight but instead of being 'open' at the top it seals totally around the headlight

but if u have a alloytec it will have the rad overflow bottle between the airbox and headlight and thus u will have to cut a hole to fit the GTS CAI

to sorta sum it up a the CAI off a GTS is similar to a Monaro CAI but just seals itself a hell of a lot better from the engine bay

    hope that kinda helps

Heres the hsv one which comands a few extra dollars (100+)but no where near a big mouth aftermarket orcai...watch ebay they turn up there occassionally if you really want one http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/...6&d=1161266546
The vy monaro set up is your standard airbox base but with a couple of extra parts you can get it over the counter from gmh and is basically a shield and a coupling but its cheap under 30.
Another style of airbox base has a second hole made in the bottom but It is very easy to cut a extra hole out of a bit of any factory air box base which is basically all it is.
