hey guys

ive been getting alot of PM's and emails lately about my chrome moulding on the front of my sv6, so i thought i would make it easier on me and you guys by just making a thread on it.

first of all this fits all vz bonnets(except monaro).

part numbers.................part......................$
GM-92211005...........chrome part..............60.80
GM-92211422...........bracket....................45.00
GM-92138638...........nuts and bolts.............2.04
GM-92138637...........nuts and bolts.............2.60
GM-92138639...........nuts and bolts.............2.36

its easy to fitthe brcket you get just bolt on to the underside of the bonnet and then the chrome bit screws onto that..

and you will need a torx bit screw driver to fit it

cheers nathan

edit: there will be a little nipple type looking thing on the underside of the chrome mould. if left there the mould will sit up a little bit and look crap.... so just cut it off. its only plastic

mate you gotta get the lower grill fitted to that.

Mine didn't have one either, i went into holden and ordered one from an SV6. it fits straight in. There's a thread or 2 explaining how to fit it yourself, or you can be lazy like me and get holden to do it for they're ridiculously overpriced labour rates.
