Traction Control on VZ SS

Hi Guys, I have VZ SS and was wondering is there a way to program the car so when ever I start it, traction control is turned off by default instead of on. Any advice would be appreciated.

i think you can have them change it in the computer
by them i mean holden
doctor bob here might know something about how to do it
