Performance exhaust for SV6

Hey all, Im a newby here not too sure just how everything works yet. Just wonderingt if anyone has any dyno figures of befor and after an exhaust has been put on an alloy 190.Ive heard storys about people loosing Nm and stuff, that dont roll too well with me so any suggestions on what will give me more KW with out sacrificing if not gaining some more Nm would be greatly appreciated! And... will an over radiator intake like they have on the 8's will fit onto the intake of a 190?? any help would be appreciated!

Re intake, one is currently being created for the alloytec 6 cant remember where.
