    Default Crewman

hey, anyone on here have a vz crewman, v6 manual?

i'm just wondering what the handling is like, along with pick up and power.

any grudges with them and any high points?

i currently have a vx sedan...not the quickest thing and not practical if youre thinking of taking a trade that involves cruising from farm to farm. i like the crewman for the ability to cart 5 (really little) people around, but ive heard some bad stuff about them.

any feed back would be awesome.

Ive driven my mates old ssz crewy a few times. Not bad except:

    • Quite long
    • middle rear head rest impedes vision out rear window
    • no one will want to sit in the back, unless they like being cramped

haha, yeah as i said in the first post, really small passengers lol.

im surpised to hear they handle nicely, and i wasnt sure if they had the live rear end, interesting.

being so big is the steering heavy?

while my car was being repaired i was driving amates pintara with a blown steering pump and that was tricky...now i have the commodore back it feels so lifeless and light, id rather my parents adventra, with the extra weight at least it feels like a large metal object with 4 wheels is attatched to it...

I have an 04 with 94k on it - It's already had a diff rebuild, steering rack, and now water pump probs. I won't be buying another one.
